Responsibilities
- Implement and deliver post-sales endpoint security products and services while meeting consulting billing objectives.
- Perform synchronization, monitoring, and health checks and recommend policy changes to customer security teams.
- Analyze application and configuration settings, policies, custom rule sets, and historical performance data.
- Implement and maintain security, compliance, governance, identity, access, MFA, conditional access, and privileged access controls.
- Work with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, EDR/XDR, and DLP capabilities across customer environments.
- Lead development and governance of Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions and drive low-code automation adoption.
- Collaborate with technical leads and software/product architects on security-by-design and architecture-level security.
- Participate in incident, change, and problem management, including analysis and response.
- Support 24/5 shifts and on-call operations, including shift handover, guidance, escalation, reporting, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, primarily with CrowdStrike and Microsoft 365 Defender, including Intune, MFA, Conditional Access Policy, and Entra ID.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Understanding of EDR/XDR tools such as SentinelOne, Cortex, Netskope, and MCAS, along with DLP.
- Thorough understanding of large-scale environments and Microsoft identity, security, compliance, and governance capabilities.
- Knowledge of security-by-design principles, security architecture concepts, ITIL, incident management, change management, and problem management.
- Strong presentation, verbal communication, writing, organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, relationship-building, and consensus-building skills.
- Availability for 24/5 shifts and on-call support.
