Responsibilities
- Design mobile application architecture and drive business feature development for iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to implement designs and deliver smooth user experiences.
- Lead Flutter performance optimization, including rendering improvements, app-size reduction, memory-leak troubleshooting, stability, and loading-speed improvements.
- Develop hybrid Flutter and native iOS/Android solutions and package and maintain custom plugins.
- Participate in code reviews, write maintainable code, and promote mobile engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated deep understanding of Dart language features and proficiency with Flutter rendering mechanisms, widget lifecycle, and UI components.
- Experience with Flutter state-management solutions such as Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or GetX.
- Familiarity with Android development using Java or Kotlin, or iOS development using Objective-C or Swift, including effective use of Platform Channels.
- Proficiency with Git and strong communication, collaboration, and curiosity about emerging technologies.
