Responsibilities
- Solve difficult software engineering problems using appropriate technologies and best practices.
- Design and build stable, performant, flexible, and maintainable software systems.
- Apply pragmatic architecture and design approaches while managing complexity, dependencies, and resource usage.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and peers on project ideas and product development.
- Contribute to new healthcare, pharmacy, and potential ML/GenAI initiatives in a greenfield environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 2 years of experience building complex software systems.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
