Base Salary
$154k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect resilient software components within a distributed Python and C environment.
- Take full ownership for solving complex problems from inception to execution.
- Drive team and organization strategy with minimal guidance.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical debt or process friction.
- Coach and mentor engineers to build a high-performance culture.
- Communicate and mitigate technical risks while navigating trade-offs.
- Work with Python and C applications to resolve issues and drive feature implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years programming experience, ideally on a modern stack.
- 4+ years of experience writing high-quality, production-grade Python.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery principles and techniques.
- Ability to lead and influence a team's technical direction.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design resilient software components within a distributed system.
