Base Salary
$130k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build software across customer-facing applications, developer experiences, APIs, and platform systems.
- Partner closely with customers to understand their needs and develop practical solutions.
- Own problems end to end, from shaping product decisions through implementation.
- Build polished, reliable software that simplifies complex financial infrastructure.
- Help influence Column’s product direction, customer experience, and technical direction.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering ability suitable for working across the stack.
- Ability to communicate with customers, understand their needs, and translate them into software solutions.
- Ability to take ownership of problems from idea through implementation.
- Willingness to work from Column’s San Francisco office and travel throughout the United States more than 50% of the time, including onsite assignments of 2–4 weeks.
