Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions for complex business requirements.
- Translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Mentor Salesforce technical leads, developers, data analysts, and integration developers.
- Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews to support quality and maintainability.
- Architect Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Define the system architecture landscape, identify gaps, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Implement Salesforce security best practices for authentication, data sharing, encryption, and authorization.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, change management, and business stakeholders on deployments and performance.
- Lead technical teams and remove delivery blockers while maintaining accountability for enterprise outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of experience with Salesforce platform architecture and development across multiple cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of scalable, performance-driven solutions and design patterns for large data volumes.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, governance, and management.
- Experience architecting external-system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with authentication and authorization, including SSO.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation tools.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferred experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.
- Preferred active Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
