Responsibilities
- Build web-based applications that interact with components of the real-time trading platform.
- Develop production code using TypeScript, Python, and modern web frameworks.
- Participate in development, testing, and release across the full software lifecycle.
- Deploy new software daily while collaborating with the engineering team.
- Solve complex problems and develop high-performance software from scratch.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in web development using Python and TypeScript.
- Python development experience on Linux.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and threading models.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for solving complex problems and building optimal solutions.
- Reliable and predictable availability.
- Interest in applying hardware, networking, and operating-system knowledge to high-performance software.
- React experience is helpful but not required.
- Experience using Claude Code in a real work environment is helpful but not required.
- Previous software development internship or job experience is a plus.
- Finance or economics experience is not required.
