Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate AI use cases across SAP applications and business processes.
- Design, develop, test, and prototype AI-powered solutions using SAP Business AI and SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Collaborate with developers and solution architects to build AI-enabled applications and workflows.
- Integrate SAP applications with AI services and APIs.
- Prepare data and assist with testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and solution governance.
- Support chatbots, copilots, automation solutions, and intelligent user experiences.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Follow security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Technology Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in SAP technologies, artificial intelligence, and business process automation.
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, data integration concepts, and JSON.
- Understanding of fundamental AI and machine learning concepts.
- Exposure to cloud platforms or enterprise applications through coursework, internships, projects, or co-op experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and maintain attention to detail.
- SAP, cloud, AI, or related certifications are considered an asset.
- Preferred experience includes SAP or SAP BTP projects, generative AI tools, large language models, chatbots, AI-powered applications, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or Git.
