Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and configure software applications and end-to-end solutions to implement stakeholder requirements.
- Analyze business needs and operating environments to ensure solutions support current architecture and future enhancements.
- Perform architecture development involving software integration, API platforms, business rules, client scripts, custom applications, or development methods.
- Administer configuration management databases and select technologies, platforms, programming languages, and cloud services based on requirements.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to understand business needs and technical constraints.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture development, including software integration, API platforms, business rules, client scripts, custom applications, or development methods.
- Experience with configuration management database administration and SOAP and REST web services.
- Experience selecting technologies, platforms, programming languages, and cloud services for business and technical requirements.
- Experience collaborating with senior-level stakeholders, IT teams, and end users.
- Bachelor's degree.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Preferred experience with object-oriented programming, SQL, NoSQL databases, UML, ERD, flow diagrams, Script Includes, JavaScript or CSS Includes, DevOps pipelines, Agile Scrum development, proposal writing, SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP integrations.
