Responsibilities
- Own reference architecture for Applied AI and Product AI solutions across three portfolios.
- Design GenAI, RAG, knowledge engineering, and agentic AI solutions through production.
- Define model selection, prompt, context, grounding, retrieval-quality, vectorization, and knowledge-lifecycle strategies.
- Curate reusable Applied AI building blocks and establish approved enterprise delivery patterns.
- Define AI-PDLC standards, templates, skills, AI-assisted development workflows, guardrails, quality gates, and productivity metrics.
- Own AI design reviews and maintain governance standards with Data Governance, Security, and Compliance teams.
- Set evaluation, regression, drift-detection, token-metering, prompt-caching, and context-optimization standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulated-industry privacy, auditability, and validation requirements.
- Advise development, quality engineering, clinical, commercial, and corporate leaders on AI architecture and platform decisions.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to capability mapping, skill definition, and insourcing efforts.
