Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and lead stakeholder discussions independently.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy dashboards, data applications, and reporting solutions.
- Build scalable analytics solutions using Snowflake, Streamlit, and Cortex AI.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable insights.
- Define team standards, best practices, and AI-powered development workflows.
- Support reporting and analytics for functions such as Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, or Customer Success.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in business analysis and BI/reporting development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including Streamlit-in-Snowflake and Cortex AI functions.
- Proven expertise in dashboarding, reporting, and BI development.
- Experience working in software engineering environments with DevOps and Agile practices.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development and analytics workflows.
- Strong SQL, reporting, testing, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Preferred experience with Power BI, CRM Analytics, ServiceNow Reporting, or Alteryx.
- Preferred experience with Python automation and AI-agent workflows.
