Responsibilities
- Lead improvement projects for datastores and platform teams.
- Maintain infrastructure uptime and monitor performance.
- Develop immutable infrastructure patterns and automate provisioning.
- Ensure compliance with PCI, ISO27001, and SOC 2 security requirements.
- Advocate for and implement positive changes in tools and processes.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Cloud Engineering or SRE/DBRE team.
- Proficiency in managing MySQL at scale.
- Strong understanding of datastores behind Kubernetes workloads.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Git.
- Knowledge of Kafka/MSK cluster management.
- Experience with distributed caching systems like Redis.
- Proficiency in Python or Golang.
- Familiarity with monitoring systems and scaling strategies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex database issues.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
