Responsibilities
- Transform business requirements into technology solutions using Optasia’s in-house platform.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives.
- Create use cases, flow diagrams, integration requirements, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Business, and Operations teams.
- Evaluate and prototype APIs for third-party integrations.
- Identify needs and opportunities for feature additions in the Optasia platform with the Software Architecture team.
- Provide technical consultancy to the sales team, including demonstrations and assistance with RFP responses.
- Participate occasionally in online stakeholder workshops across different time zones and travel occasionally.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a directly related role such as Solutions Architect or Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a relevant field.
- Prior hands-on software development experience, including backend development, databases, and third-party service integration.
- Hands-on knowledge of web services and SQL.
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
- Familiarity with telecom Online Charging Systems and/or Banking Systems is preferred.
- Experience with product-oriented projects, release management processes, software development processes, and issue tracking systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
