Base Salary
$70k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Playwright automation frameworks and identify automation opportunities.
- Build and maintain Rest Assured API automation suites and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Use Agentic AI approaches and AI tools to improve test coverage, planning, execution, defect management, and operational efficiency.
- Debug test failures and collaborate with development teams on API contract and integration issues.
- Lead onsite and offshore QA teams by assigning work, tracking progress, and removing delivery roadblocks.
- Conduct standups, status reviews, stakeholder communications, and QA metrics presentations.
- Review user stories, automation scripts, testing tools, architecture, and QA deliverables for quality and compliance.
- Support application performance testing and monitoring using JMeter and AppDynamics.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software quality assurance experience, including at least 2 years leading or mentoring QA teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI technologies and AI-driven quality assurance approaches.
- Demonstrated success delivering cost savings and operational efficiencies through AI-led initiatives.
- Extensive experience in automation testing, functional testing, test management, and quality engineering practices.
- Strong experience building and maintaining Playwright automation frameworks.
- Experience creating and maintaining Rest Assured API automation suites and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, including presenting QA metrics and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience coordinating onsite and offshore teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience with JMeter, AppDynamics, quality engineering metrics, test coverage analysis, and continuous improvement is preferred.
- Experience reviewing automation architecture, user stories, and testing artifacts, and driving quality transformation with emerging AI technologies is preferred.
