Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and document performance workflows, reporting processes, data lineage, business rules, and control points.
- Support financial data domains including holdings, transactions, pricing, foreign exchange, benchmarks, reference data, cash activity, corporate actions, and account data.
- Configure, maintain, and document Eagle PACE Performance calculation setup, parameters, system settings, and related controls.
- Support performance measurement workflows including calculation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Partner with engineering and data teams on data integration, warehouse mapping, and downstream reporting solutions.
- Validate calculation outputs, reconciliations, data quality checks, and reporting results.
- Ensure consistent business definitions across Eagle, reporting platforms, and downstream consumers.
- Lead testing, implementation, and change management for new and enhanced workflows and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Typically 6–10 years of experience.
- Strong experience with Eagle PACE Performance or related Eagle platforms, including data flows, business processes, performance workflows, and reporting.
- Experience in performance measurement, performance reporting, or investment operations.
- Understanding of performance calculation concepts, data inputs, configuration dependencies, and controls.
- Strong understanding of financial data used in performance and reporting.
- Experience documenting workflows, system interactions, data mappings, and functional requirements.
- Strong SQL skills for validating data, reporting logic, and calculation outputs; Python is a plus.
- Experience with data integration, APIs, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and downstream reporting solutions.
- Experience with reconciliations, exception handling, and workflow or data quality controls in financial data environments.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across business, operations, and technology teams.
