Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate software engineers across software development, quality assurance, testing, DevOps, cybersecurity, and release management.
- Develop solutions and resolve complex technical issues while introducing process and solution innovations.
- Mentor and guide engineers, conduct code reviews, provide architectural guidance, and support technical problem-solving.
- Collaborate with product management, architecture, and security teams on secure coding practices and threat mitigation.
- Contribute to cybersecurity compliance and secure SDLC activities, including threat modeling, code scanning, and secure design reviews.
- Develop device provisioning clients using X.509 certificate-based authentication for IoT Edge devices and integrate with PKI infrastructure.
- Implement cryptographic operations and system services using TPM, including encryption, decryption, RSA key generation, signing, and signature verification.
- Influence the software product roadmap and portfolio by proposing new features, functionality, and variants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 6 years of application development experience with Angular, .NET Core, C#, and Kubernetes.
- Strong cybersecurity expertise, including PKI, TLS, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Hands-on experience developing device provisioning solutions using X.509 authentication and SCEP client integration.
- Knowledge of public key cryptography over HTTP and HTTPS using OpenSSL, including SCEP and EST protocols.
- Experience implementing and managing TPM technologies, OpenSSL-based key and certificate management, certificate signing requests, and IPTABLES.
- Experience architecting and deploying secure storage, secure boot, cryptographic operations, and network and cybersecurity solutions.
- Knowledge of X.509 v3 certificates and the IEEE 802.1AR Secure Device Identity standard is an added plus.
- Experience mentoring engineers, performing code reviews, and providing architectural guidance.
