Responsibilities
- Architect and lead development of core platform components powering Connect API Fulfillment.
- Define and drive long-term architectural direction for scalable, reliable APIs.
- Lead execution of major platform initiatives from concept through launch.
- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to define requirements.
- Improve system reliability and developer experience through architectural enhancements.
- Establish best practices for orchestration and partner-facing APIs.
- Mentor and guide engineers across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of backend or platform engineering experience.
- Demonstrated ability to define architectural strategy and drive consensus.
- Deep experience owning production services with a focus on reliability.
- Ability to deliver high-quality code in high-traffic systems.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with product teams.
- Proven leadership as a senior individual contributor.
