Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to strategize on ROI computations.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor for customers and the Solutions Engineering organization.
  • Co-create customer-specific presentations and demonstrations with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Develop success metrics applicable across Asana’s customer base.
  • Support the Solutions Engineering team in developing metrics and operations to understand global impact.
  • Collaborate with Product, PMM, Sales, and Enablement teams for seamless program execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Presales, Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to earn customer trust and understand their pain points.
  • Driven self-starter motivated by team and regional impact.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to translate pain points into measurable ROI metrics.
  • Ability to create compelling narratives from data and present them effectively.
  • Experience working with marketing, business, and product teams for successful customer transitions.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Native level Japanese and business level English for internal collaboration.
