Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-integrated software solutions for complex real-world problems.
Work directly with customer stakeholders, engineers, SMEs, and end users to understand challenges, define product specifications, and deliver solutions.
Build front-end interfaces, scalable back-end systems, data pipelines, and production-ready applications.
Integrate industrial sensor networks and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Monitor and maintain deployed applications across customer environments worldwide.
Participate in code reviews, share engineering knowledge, mentor junior engineers, and lead by example.
Support product management, sales, and other cross-functional work as needed.

At least 2 years of experience building software and a willingness to work directly with customers to define specifications and build products from zero.
Experience with front-end and back-end technologies, microservices, and cloud platforms.
Experience with modern web tooling such as React and TypeScript.
Experience with database management systems.
Willingness to travel to customer locations globally and work directly with SMEs and end users for 6+ months.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proactive approach, collaboration, adaptability, and end-to-end ownership.
Experience with on-site engineering projects or client-facing roles is preferred.
Strong foundation in software design principles, data structures, and algorithms is preferred.
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.
