Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for distributed systems and microservices.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable architectures.
- Define and monitor key Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Create clear technical documentation for future reference.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for production incidents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in designing and operating high-scale cloud-based systems.
- 7+ years of experience with at least two programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python, Ruby, or Go.
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams in an agile environment.
- 2+ years of experience with distributed caching systems like Redis or Memcached.
- Proficient in DDD, SOLID, Cloud Native Patterns, and distributed systems architecture.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
