Base Salary
$152k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, program managers, analysts, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver scalable software solutions.
- Design and build solutions spanning multiple technologies and systems, including Go, Java/Kotlin, TypeScript, React Native, and AWS.
- Deliver well-tested, observable, documented, efficient, scalable, and resilient systems while improving team processes and cross-team technical designs.
- Mentor peers, conduct code reviews, participate in interviews, and support onboarding.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support service reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 7 years of experience writing production-grade code and delivering robust, scalable software solutions.
- Experience with modern distributed system architecture, cloud platforms, message brokers, and database technologies.
- Proficiency in at least one high-level language such as Go, Java/Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript.
- Demonstrated leadership through mentoring, influencing technical direction, and collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
- Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
