Responsibilities
- Design and implement applications using LLMs, multimodal models, and generative architectures.
- Fine-tune foundation models with LoRA and PEFT for domain-specific use cases.
- Build RAG pipelines with vector databases including FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate.
- Integrate LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel into production systems.
- Develop and deploy predictive ML models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines in collaboration with data engineers.
- Apply DevOps and MLOps practices for automation, monitoring, CI/CD, and model retraining.
- Optimize inference performance through quantization, distillation, and GPU or accelerator usage.
- Design evaluation frameworks for predictive and generative models, including hallucination detection and grounding.
- Implement live-model monitoring for reliability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate ML and GenAI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Coach junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with LLMs, foundation models, LLM prompting, RAG, vector databases, and agentic systems.
- Experience with Python, LangChain, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
