Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.
- Define scalable enterprise architectures and AI adoption standards.
- Lead AI initiatives and organizational and service-transformation programs.
- Develop or guide solutions involving Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, LLMs, Foundation Models, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Address AI Governance and Responsible AI requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, delivery, and business-transformation teams.
- Engage with and present initiatives to C-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, consulting, or digital transformation.
- At least 4 years of experience leading enterprise Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions at enterprise scale.
- Deep knowledge of Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, LLMs, Foundation Models, RAG, AI orchestration frameworks, AI Governance, Responsible AI, and cloud AI platforms.
- Experience defining scalable enterprise architectures and AI adoption standards.
- Experience leading service-transformation and delivery programs.
- Ability to interact with and present initiatives to C-level stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with sales, consulting, delivery, and business-transformation functions.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
