Responsibilities
- Plan, analyze, design, test, implement, and support application components.
- Lead application analysis and implementation, including systems requirements and systems design.
- Partner with IT Architects to validate business cases and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Develop and operate modern cloud-native enterprise web applications.
- Provide technical leadership within a focused feature team.
- Maintain software quality through automated tests, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
- Improve solution observability and performance analysis through monitoring and tracing tools.
- Contribute innovations to the developer community and share knowledge across the team.
Requirements
- More than five years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Expertise in Java or Kotlin for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend and frontend systems.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies, preferably Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Docker, and other established cloud solutions.
- Frontend experience with frameworks such as Vue or Angular.
- Strong database expertise in MongoDB or other NoSQL systems, including data modeling and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Grafana, Jaeger, or OpenTelemetry for monitoring, tracing, observability, and performance analysis.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment and adapt to evolving processes.
- Proactive approach to teamwork, initiative, knowledge sharing, and team growth.
