Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy for greenfield and developing accounts in the Benelux region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders during high-tension negotiations.
- Abstract learnings from builds into reusable patterns for the Databricks community.
- Drive adoption of solutions beyond proof of concept to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Coach and develop junior team members on technical discovery and prioritization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical and client-facing roles.
- Deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and GenAI.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Prior coding experience in languages such as Python or SQL.
- Ability to execute through ambiguity and identify emerging risks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
