Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, and enhance S/4 ABAP and IS-U ABAP components and applications.
- Analyze and resolve medium to complex SAP FICA issues using debugging and process knowledge.
- Develop and maintain FICA objects and RICEFW objects.
- Support FICA activities including payment posting, accounting, write-offs, returns, installment plans, and dunning.
- Log defects using HPQC and resolve user issues during daily operational support.
- Provide user support and work flexibly under pressure.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience is required.
- A minimum of four years of SAP FICA experience is specified for the responsibilities.
- Hands-on ABAP development experience, including S/4 ABAP and IS-U ABAP.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICA objects and RICEFW objects.
- Knowledge of SAP FICA business processes, including payment posting, accounting, write-offs, returns, installment plans, and dunning.
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SAP IS-U billing is good to have.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
