Responsibilities
- Analyze functional needs and specifications.
- Design, write, and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Execute functional, regression, UAT, and exploratory test campaigns.
- Identify, qualify, and track defects using test and issue-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and uphold client quality standards.
- Contribute to QA process improvement and test automation where appropriate.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and the software project lifecycle.
- Ability to adapt to varied client contexts.
- Autonomy, rigor, synthesis skills, interpersonal ability, and customer-service orientation.
- Experience with test and defect-management tools such as Jira, Xray, HP ALM, or TestRail.
- Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, and CI/CD environments.
- ISTQB certification is preferred.
