Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven systems to enhance Factory's capabilities.
Integrate emerging AI research findings into practical solutions with product and engineering teams.
Engage in iterative development processes to refine AI functionalities based on feedback.
Identify and address product stability and scalability challenges for the Factory Platform.
Explore and integrate large-scale data processing techniques to improve AI system reliability.

2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency with LLMs and experience applying AI/ML techniques to complex problems.
Self-motivated with the ability to navigate ambiguous research projects from conception to deployment.
Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly at all levels.
Experience with data-intensive applications and familiarity with the software development lifecycle is desirable.

In-office position located in San Francisco, within walking distance to Caltrain.
