Base Salary
$37k - $82k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-disciplinary integrated product teams to solve complex technical problems.
- Contribute to software architecture, design, development, integration, testing, delivery, and field support.
- Build, test, and deliver software applications for advanced communications-processing systems.
- Work with product leads and team members to establish approaches, participate in code reviews, and support testing.
- Develop software using disciplined engineering processes with consideration for the end product and customers.
Requirements
- Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field through completion of the internship.
- Experience developing in C++ in a Linux environment.
- Experience with one or more scripting languages, including Python, Linux scripting, or Bash.
- Experience may come from on-the-job work, research, coursework, or projects.
- Preferred qualifications include object-oriented design and development, software development experience, Rust, Qt, user interface development, Angular, multithreading, embedded software design, hardware integration, Git, Make, CMake, TCP/IP, telecommunications, signal processing, network protocols, and ITU standards.
