Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack customer implementations from scoping and onboarding through integration and training.
- Align IT teams, engineers, and C-level executives across Germany, the EU, and the US.
- Work hands-on with users to understand operational problems and translate them into product improvements.
- Prototype features and write production code when needed.
- Turn deployment learnings into reusable product features, data models, and operational playbooks.
- Diagnose customer issues, identify root causes, and ship working solutions under pressure.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a top-tier role such as consulting, as a founder, or as an early employee at a high-growth startup.
- A technical degree or technical background.
- Ability to write production code and understand systems end to end.
- Strong product judgment and ability to translate customer problems into product features.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, ambiguous environments and communicate with shop-floor operators through C-level executives.
- Strong attention to quality, detail, documentation, and professional execution.
