Responsibilities
- Analyse, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions, proof-of-concepts, pilot projects, and production-ready applications.
- Contribute to enterprise AI platforms, chatbots, AI services, and generative AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Automate and optimise document management, legal document tagging, and knowledge retrieval processes.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable AI solutions and provide technical guidance to business and technical stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture deliverables, reusable building blocks, AI standards, and reference architectures.
- Participate in deployment, operationalisation, scaling, monitoring, and production support for AI solutions.
- Contribute to AI training initiatives and continuous improvement while working with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with programming languages used in data analytics and AI, particularly Python and Java.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, including prompt design, evaluation, optimisation, and model-behaviour analysis.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, open-source LLMs, and AI APIs.
- Understanding of AI solution architecture, containerisation, private cloud environments, CI/CD practices, and MLOps methodologies.
- Experience with FastAPI, Spring Boot, Flask, vector databases such as Qdrant, and document-processing solutions is an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and technical trend-assessment skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders in English; French is an asset.
- Additional experience with SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modelling, orchestration tools, data visualisation platforms, business-case analysis, and maturity assessments is an asset.
