Responsibilities
- Develop test plans and automation in collaboration with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Write, execute, and report on test cases, including UI, API, end-to-end, and production testing.
- Identify defects early, troubleshoot issues, and work with development teams through resolution.
- Automate test cases, repair failed automation suites, monitor trends, and improve automation coverage and reliability.
- Validate products and deployments, support production monitoring, and contribute QA practices throughout the SDLC.
- Manage QA environments and integrate automation with build and CI/CD processes.
- Support customer engagements and onboarding for successful product adoption.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in testing and automation of multi-tier enterprise, cloud, or SaaS applications.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Robot Framework, or another scripting language.
- Hands-on experience with UI and API automation.
- Strong experience integrating automation with CI/CD build processes.
- Experience managing QA environments and using Git, Bamboo, and Jenkins.
- Required Linux knowledge and ability to troubleshoot application and network issues.
- Knowledge of web application security and vulnerabilities is a plus.
- Security-domain experience, globally distributed team experience, and experience with Kubernetes and Docker are pluses.
