Responsibilities
- Develop robust user interfaces from high-fidelity designs and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-centric products.
- Own features end-to-end, ensuring high quality, usability, and performance.
- Create comprehensive tests for robust code and broad functional coverage.
- Break down complex challenges into actionable tasks and drive them to completion.
- Contribute to the evolution of design systems and frontend architecture.
- Partner with backend engineers to define efficient APIs and data contracts.
- Mentor and coach fellow engineers, promoting best practices.
- Champion accessibility, performance, and security in frontend development.
- Work in an agile environment focused on rapid delivery.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience developing modern web applications using TypeScript and React.
- Proven track record of writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Experience collaborating with product designers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong focus on user experience and empathy for end users.
- Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma or InVision.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Google Cloud or AWS is preferred.
- Experience with node-based graph libraries is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization and security best practices.
- Experience building and scaling design systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
