Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify pain points, and find opportunities for AI and digital tools.
- Design, prototype, and implement practical AI-enabled solutions and process improvements.
- Rapidly validate ideas through proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Digital, Product, and Data teams to evaluate feasibility and develop scalable solution concepts.
- Define success measures, gather user feedback, and continuously improve delivered solutions.
- Share reusable solution patterns, best practices, and technical learnings to support digital transformation and AI adoption.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, digital product delivery, automation, AI enablement, or a similar hands-on technical role.
- Experience translating business challenges into practical digital or AI-enabled solutions while working with business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as APIs, SQL, Python, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, AI agents, Databricks, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and validate solution ideas quickly.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
