Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models.
- Collaborate with the Regulatory Compliance team to meet reporting requirements.
- Identify emerging on-road issue trends using AI-powered insights.
- Define and document policies and procedures integrating AI tools into workflows.
- Implement quality control processes for human and AI-generated outputs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Software Quality Operations.
Requirements
- BA/BS in technical or legal fields or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in Regulatory Compliance or related fields.
- Experience in all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
