Responsibilities
- Partner with a dedicated mentor throughout onboarding and production shipping.
- Architect consumer features and reusable UI paradigms using React.
- Build and test products supporting Robinhood’s brokerage operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to iterate rapidly on products.
- Design frameworks and developer tools that empower other engineers.
- Own meaningful software work end-to-end from initial scoping through production.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with expected graduation in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Fluency in JavaScript and/or React Native with strong understanding of fundamentals.
- Understanding of functional and reactive programming paradigms.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and coding practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong design intuition and user empathy.
- Passion for supporting power users and building developer tools.
- Familiarity with Python/Django and Go is a plus.
