$73k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop a scalable, highly available global voice platform as part of an agile team.
- Apply performance and scalability principles in software development.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering leaders.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development and troubleshooting VOIP systems.
- Strong understanding of WebRTC and SIP signalling.
- Proficient in JavaScript and have at least two years of experience in either C++ or Java.
- Experience with troubleshooting tools and audio media analysis.
- Ability to work on complex problems and systems.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
