Base Salary
$110k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain autonomous agentic flows in Litify and Salesforce demo and trial environments.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on trial-objective calls to identify workflows, prompts, and agents for client needs.
- Configure AI prompt libraries and lead technical implementation during trial discovery and setup.
- Guide Sales Engineers and team members in building custom demo flows and updating demo organizations.
- Troubleshoot permissions, perform end-user testing, and provide technical support during trial check-ins.
- Lead workflow customizations and configurations after client rollout to support retention and success.
- Create AI and agent documentation and deliver training to LSAP and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Litify.
- Strong Salesforce administration and configuration knowledge; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification is required.
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Automations and strong Salesforce Flow knowledge, including record-triggered flows, collections, loops, and third-party Lightning components.
- Experience managing complex projects while maintaining stakeholder expectations, scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and ability to explain technical topics to varied audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously and respond quickly during AI and agentic free trials.
