Responsibilities
- Research, design, implement, compare, integrate, and optimize state-of-the-art Computer Vision and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Develop solutions for player and ball tracking, segmentation, re-identification, 3D localization, event detection, and related sports-video analysis tasks.
- Use Computer Vision and Machine Learning to automate manual operator workflows and create automated sports content.
- Balance accuracy with real-time processing constraints and integrate research into production products.
- Write clean, scalable, optimized, documented, and understandable code.
- Build reusable code libraries and participate in applicable code reviews.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with remote and headquarters-based experts across multiple European countries.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Computer Vision and Machine Learning, including areas such as multi-object tracking, segmentation, event detection, 3D estimation, projective geometry, classic image processing, and model evaluation.
- At least 2 years of experience developing or using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Expert programming skills in Python and its data-science libraries.
- Basic software engineering skills, including design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Experience with modern software development practices such as Git and code reviews.
