Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, APIs, and supporting systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Build, deploy, and manage infrastructure and services using modern DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Support application and system lifecycle management including installation, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across software, infrastructure, and networking layers.
- Implement automation to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and promote best practices in software engineering.
- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure reliability and maintainability.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Provide technical guidance and documentation to team members and stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent customer support through issue resolution and training.
- Continuously evaluate and improve tools, processes, and development workflows.
Requirements
- Generally requires 5+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or DevOps-related roles.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience building and supporting full-stack applications and RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of modern software design principles (modularity, scalability, maintainability).
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue) and backend frameworks (Spring Boot, FastAPI).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and related services.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or similar).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
- Understanding of system observability, logging, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Python).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S).
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL solutions.
- Understanding of data structures, API integration, and data exchange formats.
- Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
