Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions for financial and accounting problems across scripts, VBA macros, and full applications.
- Work with Vue, TypeScript, FastAPI, and Kubernetes-based client environments.
- Understand complex client finance and accounting processes and explain them clearly to client experts.
- Design technical solutions and translate them into business language for controllers and CFOs.
- Present work to clients and collaborate with them to identify effective solutions.
- Extend legacy VBA macros, optimize revenue-prediction models, and help refactor legacy frontends.
Requirements
- Be a third-year bachelor’s student or a master’s student in IT or finance, or study programming independently.
- Have very good Czech or Slovak and English language skills.
- Have an interest in new technologies and continuous learning.
- Be comfortable communicating and working with people, with strong attention to detail.
- Have knowledge of working with data, such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or R.
- Programming knowledge in any language is beneficial, especially Python with FastAPI, VBA, TypeScript or JavaScript, and Vue 3.
- Experience with international training or internships is beneficial but not required.
