Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise automation strategy using the Worksoft platform across applications and business processes.
- Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation solutions for complex end-to-end business process validation.
- Lead automation framework design, standards, governance, and best practices.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities with business stakeholders, testing teams, developers, and program leadership.
- Design, develop, and optimize Worksoft Certify automation assets for ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Demonstrate automated test design, execution, reporting, maintenance, and defect management processes.
- Mentor automation engineers and QA teams on Worksoft capabilities, architecture, implementation, and operational practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience with strong enterprise test automation expertise.
- Proven experience architecting and implementing Worksoft Certify automation solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business process testing across integrated enterprise systems.
- Experience designing automation frameworks, reusable components, execution strategies, and governance models.
- Ability to explain, present, and demonstrate complete automation lifecycles from test creation through maintenance.
- Experience with ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other complex enterprise platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and consulting skills, including the ability to influence senior leadership.
