Base Salary
$243k - $284k/yr
Responsibilities
- Integrate SIEM, vulnerability scanners, EDR, identity, asset management, and ticketing systems into unified security workflows.
- Centralize security data and build dashboards for asset inventory, vulnerability posture, exposure reviews, and compliance evidence.
- Develop LLM-augmented workflows, agentic automations, and AI-assisted analysis and summarization.
- Automate vulnerability management, asset hygiene, access reviews, and other cross-tool security processes.
- Create tooling and reusable patterns that help Security Engineering and Incident Response teams adopt AI.
- Collaborate with Security Engineering, Incident Response, SecOps, IT, and the Applied Software Group.
Requirements
- 5+ years of security engineering experience with automation and tool-building as a core responsibility.
- Experience shipping production-quality security tooling using Python or a similar programming language.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI APIs and integrating AI into workflows.
- Broad security fundamentals across cloud security, detection engineering, identity, and vulnerability management.
- Understanding of prompt injection, LLM workflow data exfiltration, agent identity boundaries, and model risk.
- Ability to explain technical security concepts, decisions, and trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills, empathy, and a low-ego approach.
