Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design the core EAV data model and schema-as-code platform.
- Build a Git-style version-control and migration engine for schema changes.
- Engineer AI-assisted tooling for schema and workflow definitions.
- Scale the data warehouse for high-volume analytics and automation.
- Create declarative APIs and SDKs for business processes.
- Deliver end-to-end observability and search across operational data.
- Build enterprise guard rails to detect anomalous behavior.
- Mentor and shape engineering culture while collaborating with product and design.
Requirements
- Expertise in building large scale ETL on databases like Postgres and Elasticsearch.
- Experience using cloud services to build and deploy reliable web applications.
- Ability to work with abstractions to build complex graph-based architectures.
- Team player with a positive and curious attitude.
- Possess a growth mindset and a focus on craftsmanship.
- Pragmatic decision-making skills and a low ego in collaborative environments.
