Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build LLM-powered automation to diagnose and resolve denied claims with evaluations, dry runs, and audit trails.
- Design safety guardrails, validation gates, and duplicate-prevention mechanisms for autonomous financial workflows.
- Scale an explainable, idempotent rule engine and build observability dashboards for automation outcomes and failure patterns.
- Automate appeal-letter and medical-record packet generation with validation scoring.
- Deliver a unified automations console and end-to-end revenue-cycle products and integrations.
- Contribute to platform architecture, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and drive technical improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- 2+ years of professional software development industry experience.
- Proficiency with frontend technologies including TypeScript and React.
- Proficiency with backend technologies including Python or Go.
- Experience with Git, GCP or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring or alerting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions and make successful architectural decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
