Responsibilities
- Build Go services that connect AI accelerator hardware with Kubernetes clusters.
- Design and deliver production software with reliability, performance, and observability built into the architecture.
- Build CRDs, operators, and Kubernetes components for ML and platform teams.
- Own technical areas and contribute to architecture, implementation, code review, production readiness, and roadmap decisions.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers through design, review, and delivery.
- Improve code quality, observability, automation, and developer experience.
- Collaborate with hardware, cloud, and ML engineers on technical and roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Strong Go engineering experience and significant experience delivering complex production software.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, including CRDs, operators, and cloud-native integration patterns.
- Solid Linux knowledge and the ability to debug distributed-systems issues.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
- Ability to improve code quality, observability, automation, and developer experience.
- Clear C1-level English communication skills and confidence working across hardware, cloud, and ML teams.
- Legal right to work in Poland; visa sponsorship is not available.
