Base Salary
$183k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end agentic AI solutions for customers, including model selection, orchestration, tool and context design, evaluation, guardrails, and latency/cost optimization.
- Advise customer teams on architecture, technical risks, adoption barriers, and AI service and platform usage.
- Build and contribute to open-source AI accelerators, reference implementations, reusable frameworks, and technical content.
- Create workshops, sample code, presentations, and white papers that share real-world AI architecture practices.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams to translate customer feedback into technical requirements and resolve root-cause issues.
- Maintain relationships with AWS AI service teams and collaborate with specialists and builder customers across regions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
- Experience developing technology solutions and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps for cloud-based IT transformations.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives, and delivering training and workshops or producing publications.
- Preferred knowledge of distributed systems, large-scale automation and workflow management, and database design and implementation.
- Preferred experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
- Preferred comfort with presentations and whiteboarding for executives, IT management, and developers.
