Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and uphold quality standards.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Automate repetitive test cases and maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Review system specifications to identify testing requirements.
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of continuous testing solutions.
  • Assist with software deployments and provide post-deployment support to identify and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to personal and team performance improvement through professional development and constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of QA tools and defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Selenide, TestNG, or Postman.
  • Knowledge of API testing.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools such as Jenkins.
  • Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
