Senior Flutter Developer, IT

- Lead the design and implementation of mobile application features across iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.
- Own and evolve application architecture, including routing, dependency injection, offline data persistence, and SQLite-based data handling.
- Integrate REST APIs, authenticated sessions, JSON data, localization, and approved labeling content.
- Define testing, code review, static analysis, and CI/CD practices, including unit, widget, and integration testing.
- Manage app signing, versioning, build automation, and submissions to the App Store and Play Store.
- Partner with Product, Regulatory Affairs, Labeling, QA, R&D, Marketing, Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, and Legal teams.
- Diagnose and resolve performance, functional, end-user, and test-related issues.
- Document application behavior, technical solutions, architecture, and moderately complex system specifications.
- Maintain labeling, document-control, content-versioning, and change-control practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience and training in the relevant technologies and programming languages.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years deploying Flutter/Dart applications or equivalent deep native iOS/Android experience with demonstrated Flutter proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture patterns, state management, asynchronous programming, streams, and relevant package ecosystems.
- Experience taking cross-platform mobile applications through their full lifecycle to store release.
- Experience with REST API integration, authentication and security, offline-first data design, mobile testing, and CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter plus experience with another modern object-oriented or typed language such as Kotlin, Swift, Java, TypeScript, or Angular.
- Experience with mobile widgets and UI lifecycle, Future and async/await programming, REST, JSON, Git-based source control, and continuous integration practices.
- Experience mentoring or leading engineers and maintaining rigorous content accuracy, versioning, and change control.
- Preferred experience includes go_router, get_it, drift, regulated or quality-driven software, mobile app-store release processes, Apache Cordova, Ionic Capacitor, Electron, Angular Reactive Forms, Jasmine, Karma, Angular TestBed, and internal enterprise applications.
