Base Salary
$157k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered features and agents using Enterprise Claude and proprietary ML models within Salesforce workflows.
- Develop LLM applications for comparable analysis, buyer recommendations, meeting intelligence summarization, and deal status briefings.
- Design and maintain Databricks and Dagster data pipelines for feature engineering, model training, and real-time analytics.
- Work directly with deal teams and industry groups to identify automation opportunities and deliver working solutions.
- Rapidly prototype and evaluate proof-of-concept tools before production implementation.
- Integrate third-party AI tools including Rogo.ai, Blueflame AI, and Fellow.ai through APIs.
- Write tested, production-quality code and contribute to code reviews, monitoring, documentation, engineering standards, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience with full-stack capability and a record of shipping production applications.
- Experience building applications or agents with large language models, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, or tool-use patterns.
- Experience building interconnected multi-agent ecosystems with coordination, shared tooling, and communication patterns.
- Solid machine learning fundamentals, including data analysis, model development and evaluation, and feature pipelines.
- Strong engineering practices focused on tested code, clean architecture, and maintainability.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure; Databricks and Spark; and pipeline orchestration tools such as Dagster or Airflow.
- Familiarity with capital markets is preferred, especially investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or hedge funds.
- Preferred experience includes Forward Deployed Engineer, solutions engineer, or embedded technical work; production multi-agent deployment; financial services workflows; Salesforce APIs or CRM platforms; and side projects, open-source contributions, or a technical portfolio.

- Base salary range of $157,000–$187,000 USD, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and/or commission-based incentives.
